Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of www.zeno-watch.ch

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products provided through www.zeno-watch.ch. By placing an order, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in execution of the order. You can cancel the order at any time before delivery.

2. Contract Terms and Prices

The prices in our offers and order confirmations are binding. Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in all prices for deliveries within Switzerland. For deliveries outside Switzerland, prices exclude Swiss VAT. Country-specific VAT and customs duties are charged directly by the forwarder in the recipient country and are beyond our control.

For orders over 500 EUR/USD, we cover all taxes and customs duties with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. For orders under 500 EUR/USD, taxes and customs fees are not included and may be collected by the carrier on behalf of local customs before delivery. We cannot estimate these fees in advance; please contact your local customs office for an estimate.

If items are not in stock, they will be reshipped if possible. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. We strive to provide accurate product information, but our product descriptions and prices are subject to change and are non-binding. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Warranty

Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA grants a 2-year warranty on your watch, starting from the date of purchase. This international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is completed correctly and fully by us. The warranty does not cover:

  • Wearing parts such as the battery, watch glass, and leather strap.
  • Damage resulting from improper treatment, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any consequential loss or damage caused by usage, failure to work, imprecision, or defects in the watch.

4. Privacy Policy

All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with other companies.

5. Liability

Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA excludes, to the extent legally permissible, any liability for the sold and delivered products.

6. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA.
