1. Contract terms and prices

Prices in our offers and order confirmations are binding. The Swiss-VAT (7.7%) is included in all prices for deliveries within Switzerland. For all deliveries outside Switzerland the prices are excluding the Swiss-VAT. The country-specific VAT and customs duties are charged directly by the forwarder in the recipient country and can’t be influenced by us.
If possible, articles that are not in stock will be reshipped. If an article is not available, we will contact you by email or phone. If the item is no longer available, the customer gets his money back. Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA strives to provide accurate product information. Our product descriptions and prices stated during the order process are subject to confirmation and non-binding. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

2. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by the Swiss Post. The goods shall be examined immediately on arrival for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Information on delivery times are not binding.
Transport damage shall be reported and documented immediately, latest within five calendar days. Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA strives to deliver all ordered items as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within two to six working days from the end of the day the order is placed. We are unable to commit to when an order will be delivered due to the number of external factors which can affect this. Zeno-Watch Patrik-Philipp Huber SA is entitled to partial deliveries. Partial deliveries will be sent free of charge.

3. Return

A return is possible within 10 days of receipt by sending to:

Goods must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. The postage costs for returned goods are not taken over by us.
